Slime FAQs:

What is the activator?

Activator is the product of medical borax mixed with water in a certain proportion, Borax is a natural substance similar to baking soda found in household items such as contact lens solution. The activator(borax) can react with the glue to make the slime harder and non-sticky.

Tips1: The occurrence of crystallization is normal, please do not worry.

Tips2: few people may be allergic to Borax, please be aware!

My slime is sticky!

Don't worry! Slime can get sticky (especially in hot weather) during a long-term shipping(about 10 days to your home). This is an easy fix! Use the activator to spray the slime until it reaches your desired consistency. 

My slime is stiff or over activated!

Not a problem! Slime can sometimes feel stiff in a cold place, or have been added too much activator. But don't worry, just place your slime in a warm place(Do not microwave!) with the lid on and it will soften back - This is the most recommended method

If you can't wait to solve the problem, you can choose any of the following methods:

  • Add 1 or 2 drops of glycerin.
  • Add a little lotion (not recommended for clear slimes, will make it blurry)

Slime sticks on clothes or carpet!

You can use a little bit of white vinegar as a detergent, it will remove slime very easily.

Orders FAQs:

When will I receive my order?

U.S orders: Typically 9-11 business days after shipping date. 

Please note, delays may occur while your order is in transit. This is most often with International packages due to customs and safety checks, But these problems, we will be responsible for solving them.

Do you offer tracking? 

Yes, this is our duty. Simply check the tracking number we provided in the shipping confirmation email.

My shipping address is incorrect!

Refunds, returns, cancellations?

We don’t process refunds, returns, or cancellations at request after an order has shipped out since slime is a perishable product.

But, very rarely packages can get damaged and missed during shipment as they travel the world. We do not have control over this but please contact us at: rhinoslime.help@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and we will sort it out for you.
